Trail's End Rewards® are a year-round program run by Trail's End and are separate from your unit's campaign. Scouts earn points from January 1 through December 31, then claim them by January 31 of the following year. Any unclaimed points are forfeited.
As a unit leader, you're responsible for submitting earned points to your Scouts so they can redeem them.

In the left sidebar, select TE Rewards® to open the Scout Rewards table for the active program year.
Understanding the Scout Rewards table
Each row is a Scout, with two groups of columns:
2026 Points Breakdown shows how each Scout earned their points:
Credit = points from regular credit card sales (4 pts earned per $1)
Cash = points from regular cash sales (1 pt earned per $1)
Online = points from regular online sales (4 pts earned per $1)
Cash to Credit = points from converting cash sales to credit (3 pts earned per $1)
Product Bonuses = bonus points for particular products
1 pt earned per $1 for Heroes and Helpers is in this bucket
Promos = points earned from promotions (varies by promotion)
Tier Bonuses = Bonus points for reaching specific sales tiers (see Rewards flyer)
Total Earned = all points earned so far this year
2026 Points Status shows:
Unsubmitted – points earned but not yet submitted
Pending - points that the leader has submitted, pending release
Released – points you've already released to the Scout
Claimed – Gift card amount that has been claimed by the Scout
The $600 minimum
Scouts must sell at least $600 before earning rewards. Until a Scout reaches that threshold, the Action column shows a locked button (e.g., "$315 / $600") displaying their current progress toward $600. Once a Scout crosses $600, the button unlocks and changes to an orange Submit button.
Submitting points
You can submit points two ways:
Individually – click Submit in a Scout's row to submit only their available points.
All at once – click Submit All at the top of the table to submit available points for every eligible Scout in one action.
Only Scouts who've reached the $600 minimum and have available (unsubmitted) points can be submitted.
After scout rewards are submitted and approved, it takes 3 DAYS for points to release for redemption.

Recall Rewards
An individual Scout's rewards can been recalled within the 3 day waiting period by clicking the three dot menu to the right, then Recall Rewards
If the whole unit has been submitted, the leader can recall the rewards for all Scouts by clicking te Recall All button.
