Program Overview

Written by Rachelle C

The Program Overview page gives you a snapshot of your council's selling campaign, including key dates, your storefront allocation, reward details, and available commissions.

Select Program Overview from the left navigation menu to access it.

Use the tabs at the top (Timeline, Storefronts, Rewards, Commissions) to jump directly to each section.

Timeline

The Timeline tab shows key dates for your Council's program, including order windows, delivery dates, and storefront selling periods.

Storefronts

The Storefronts tab shows your unit's storefront allocation details.

Auto Assignment - If your unit is eligible for pre-assigned storefront hours, this section shows the date and how many hours will be assigned.

Your Storefront Budget - Your budget is the total number of storefront hours your unit can hold at one time. See also Understanding Your Storefront Reservation Budget

Auto Release - Every Tuesday, any reservation without at least one youth assigned to it is automatically released back to the pool so other units can claim it.

Rewards

The Rewards tab shows how youth earn and claim reward points during the fundraiser.

Youth earn points on every sale. Credit and online sales earn 4 pts / $1 and are awarded automatically at checkout. Cash sales earn 1 pt / $1 and are awarded once the cash is turned in to the unit leader. Each point is worth $0.01.

Bonus Point Tiers - Scouts earn bonus points when they hit certain sales milestones. Bonus tiers shown here are additional points earned at that level. For example, when a Scout hits $600 in sales, they earn 100 bonus points. Upon reaching $1,000 in sales, they receive an extra 400 points, bringing their total bonus points to 500.

Claiming Rewards - Scouts can claim their own rewards through the Scout app. Credit and online sale rewards are available immediately; cash sale rewards become available only after the cash has been recorded as collected by the unit leader.

Commissions

The Commissions section shows all available commissions for your unit's fundraiser, including your base commission rate and any bonus commissions available for the program year.
