Reports Overview
The Reports section gives Council leaders access to a comprehensive set of data reports covering sales, finances, storefronts, users, and more.
How to Find Reports
To access Reports:
Log in to the Council portal.
In the left-hand navigation, locate the Fundraisers section.
Select Reports from the menu.
This will bring you to the Reports page, where all available reports are listed.
Navigating the Reports Page
At the top of the Reports page, you will see filter tabs that allow you to narrow the list by category:
All – Displays all available reports (17 total)
Finance – Financial and invoice-related reports
Packing Slip – Reports for generating packing slips
Sales – Sales tracking and performance reports
Storefronts – Storefront reservation and shift reports
Users – Scout participation and scouting data reports
Click any tab to filter the list to reports in that category.
To open a report, click the arrow icon (↗) on the far right of the report row. Each report opens in a new tab or window.
Available Reports
Below is a full list of all reports available in the Council leader portal, along with a brief description of each. Each report has its own dedicated help article with detailed information on the data included.
Packing Slips
Delivery Packing Slip – Generates PDFs of Council orders by delivery and distribution site. Includes delivery and distribution sites, product quantities ordered, product symbols, and more to confirm accurate deliveries from Trail's End.
Unit Packing Slip – Generates PDFs of Unit orders for distribution. Includes pick-up site, product quantities ordered and retail, Unit primary contact, and a signature line to confirm receipt.
Sales
Scout Sales Detail – View full details for all sales transactions.
Scout Sales Tracking – View sales for each Scout in the Council, including all sales by type, total sales, sales goal, and rewards points earned.
Top 25 Scout Rankings – View the top 25 Scouts in your Council based on total sales in the current sales cycle.
Top 25 Unit Rankings – View the top 25 Units in your Council based on total sales in the current sales cycle.
Traditional Product Tracking – View products ordered by Council and Units, retail totals, product cost, and Return to Scouting.
Unit Post Order Adjustment Tracking – View adjustments made to Unit orders. Includes positive and negative adjustments, product name, and date.
Unit Product Summary – View Unit orders in Excel. Includes products ordered (container quantities and retail value) and total retail of each order.
Unit Sales Tracking – View total traditional ordered, online sales, app sales, and commission earned by Unit.
Unit Sell Through – View Unit orders and Unit app sales to identify sell through by Unit. This report includes product level details.
Unit YOY Tracking – View current and prior year orders for all Units with details on order type and final retail.
Storefronts
Storefront Reservation Tracking – View Trail's End booked storefront locations. Includes available reservations and those that have been claimed by Units.
Storefront Shift Tracking – View scheduled storefront shifts for the Council. Includes store names, open and filled shifts, and sales per shift.
Users
Scouting Participation – View all active Scout accounts associated with each unit, including contact information, registration date, and last login date.
Finance
Unit Invoice – View and download PDFs of Unit invoices.
Unit Payment Tracking – View a list of all Unit invoice transactions.
