Unit Sales Tracking

Report lists out a Sales Cycle view of traditional and online sales for each Unit by SKU. Commission values are broken out leading to a total due to council amount.

Unit orders will not show up until both the Unit order and Council order they roll up under have been approved.

Online orders that are not assigned to the Scout/Unit and only assigned to the Council will not show up in this report which will lead to a variance in Online Sales and Commission between this report and the Council P&L on your dashboard.

Audience: Council Leaders only

Fields in Report with definitions:

  • Unit-District: Name of Unit and District ordering product

  • SKU Name: Name of product ordered

  • Traditional Unit Orders $: Retail sales amount of product ordered

  • Traditional Base Commission $: Calculation of Traditional Unit Orders $ multiplied by the base commission amount for Unit

  • Traditional Cash Commission $: Calculation of Traditional Unit Orders $ multiplied by the cash commission amount for Unit

  • Traditional Bonus Commission $: Calculation of Traditional Unit Orders $ multiplied by the total of bonus commissions achieved by Unit

  • Traditional Total Commission $: Traditional Base Commission + Traditional Cash Commission + Traditional Bonus Commission

  • Traditional Total Due $: Traditional Unit Orders $ - Traditional Total Commission $

  • Online Sales $: Retail sales made on trails-end.com associated with scouts in the Unit

  • Online Total Commission $: Calculation of Online Sales $ multiplied by the online commission amount for Unit

  • Traditional + Online Total Commission $: Traditional Total Commission $ + Online Total Commission $
