Shift Goals and Storefront Coach

Explains Shift Goals (hourly sales targets set at the start of a Storefront shift) and Storefront Coach (in-app messages during a shift).

Written by Rachelle C

What are Shift Goals?

When a Scout starts a Storefront shift in the Trail's End App®, they'll be prompted to set a Shift Goal, a sales target for that shift.

  • A default goal of $400/hr is suggested based on the length of the shift, but Scouts can adjust it using the slider before confirming.

  • Scouts can tap Skip if they'd rather not set a goal.

  • Once set, the goal appears at the top of the screen throughout the shift so Scouts can track progress at a glance.

What is Storefront Coach?

Storefront Coach is a feature built into the Storefront sales screen that sends real-time, encouraging messages to Scouts as they sell. Its goal is to help Scouts stay motivated and make the most of their time at a shift.

Storefront Coach provides:

  • Goal Progress Tracking

  • Confidence Building

  • Celebrating Wins

  • Pitch Optimization
