How do Storefront Sales work?

An overview of how the Trail's End® Storefront Sales® program works — in-person popcorn sales at retail locations, how Scouts record sales using the app during their shift, and how the storefront split method distributes credit among Scouts.

How does the STOREFRONT SALES® program work?

The Trails End® Storefront Sales® program facilitates in-person fundraising sales of Trails End® products, such as popcorn products, near or inside a retail store with products on-hand.

Each leader may reserve or set up storefront shifts for Scouts to sign up for.

On the day of the sale, Scouts will select 'Make a Sale' to begin recording sales. The app will recognize that the Scout is signed up for a shift and will confirm that the sale should be associated with the shift.

The storefront split method determines if/how the sales are split among the Scouts working the storefront. Please see Managing Storefront Splits for more information.
