Site Inventory/Adjustments Report

The Site Inventory/Adjustments Report, exported from a storefront reservation's Reports tab, summarizes beginning/sold/adjusted/remaining inventory and all inventory and cash adjustments made at that site.

Written by Rachelle C

The Site Inventory/Adjustments Report gives you a full snapshot of a storefront's inventory and cash activity for a single reservation. It shows what inventory you started with, what sold, what was adjusted, and what's left, along with a detailed breakdown of every inventory and cash adjustment made at that store.

How to Run the Report

  1. Go to Storefronts.

  2. Click the reservation you want a report for.

  3. Select the Reports tab.

  4. Under Site Inventory/Adjustments Report, click Export Site Inventory/Adjustments Report.

The report generates as a PDF you can download or print.

What's Included in the Report

Cash Summary A table at the top of the report showing Starting Cash, Cash Sales, Cash Adjustments, Credit Card Sales, Cash On Hand, and Total Sales for the reservation.

Product Inventory A line for each product carried at the storefront, showing:

  • Beginning — inventory on hand at the start of the reservation

  • Sold — units sold during the reservation

  • Adjust — net inventory adjustments made during the reservation

  • Remaining — inventory left at the site

  • Actual Qty Returned — a blank column for recording units physically returned when reconciling the site in person

Inventory Adjustments A detailed log of every inventory adjustment made during the reservation, including the product, quantity, reason (for example, Product Transferred), who made the edit, and a timestamp.

Cash Adjustments A detailed log of any cash adjustments made during the reservation, including the amount, reason, who made the edit, and a timestamp.
