The Storefronts page shows all storefronts assigned to or created by your unit, displayed in a weekly calendar view. Use the arrows on either side of the date range to move between weeks. To get there, select Storefronts from the main navigation menu.
Reservation Hours Usage
At the top of the page, a progress bar will show your unit's storefront hours at a glance:
Past — Hours from storefronts that have already been worked this season.
Upcoming — Hours from upcoming storefronts your unit has booked.
Available — Hours that are currently available to reserve additional storefronts.
Budget — Your unit's current total allotted storefront hours for the season. See also Understanding Your Storefront Reservation Budget
Your Storefront Reservations
Storefronts are displayed by day within the current week. Each day card shows:
The number of reservations scheduled that day
The shift fill ratio (e.g., 2/3 means 2 of 3 shifts have been filled)
The time range of the reservation
Click on any day card to see the individual reservation details on that day.
Click on any reservation to see the details, including the following:
Shifts — See all shifts on the reservation, including Scout assignments and open slots. Click Edit Shifts to update the shift times or the number of slots for each shift. Assign a Scout to a shift by clicking on the open slot. Withdraw a Scout from a shift by clicking on their name.
Sales — See all sales associated with the reservation.
Inventory — See the status of inventory at the storefront or assign inventory to the storefront.
Cash — Manage cash at the storefront including inputting starting cash or collecting cash.
Details — Find instructions and the scheduling agreement.
Reports — Access the Sales Report and Site Shift Report.
All Unit Reservations
Select All Unit Reservations for a list of all storefronts your unit has reserved.
From the All Unit Reservations view, you can quickly get to the details within a storefront under the three dot menu under Actions. These are the same tabs that are visible under each storefront when you click on the storefront from the Weekly View.
Adding a Reservation
Select Search Storefronts to browse and book available storefront times.
Note: If reservations are not yet open for your Council, you will see a message letting you know when it opens. You can also find this date on the Program Overview page.
Viewing Available Storefronts
Once reservations are open, you'll see a list of available storefronts on the left and a map on the right.
Reservation Hours Usage bar: At the top of the page, a bar shows your Used, Reserved, and Budget hours for the campaign. This updates as you make reservations, so you can track how much of your unit's reservation budget remains.
Map view: The map defaults to the search radius set during your unit's onboarding. You can zoom and pan to explore storefronts outside that default range. Available storefronts are marked with yellow dots.
Click a yellow dot to see that storefront's available dates.
Click one of the listed dates to jump to that storefront in the list view, where you can complete the reservation.
List view: Toggle to List (top right) to browse storefronts in a sortable table instead of the map. Columns include Storefront, Street Address, City, State, Date, Time, and Storefront Performance Indicator. Click a column header to sort by that column.
The map view is not available on mobile. On mobile devices, you'll see the list view only.
Filtering Your Search
Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow your results:
Dates — set the date range you want to search within.
Hide Blackout Dates — toggle on to hide dates you've marked as unavailable. Click the pencil icon to add or change your blackout dates.
Search by name or address — find a specific storefront location.
Use Reset filters to clear all filters and start over.
Reserving a Storefront
Find the storefront and time slot you want, using either the map or list view.
Click Reserve next to that listing.
Each storefront listing shows a Storefront Performance Indicator — a prediction of how much your unit is likely to sell per hour at that location and time. Higher scores mean stronger expected performance. See Storefront Performance Indicator for details.
Create Your Own Storefront
If you've arranged a storefront location on your own, you can add it to your schedule using the Create My Own button in the top right corner. This storefront will appear in your unit's schedule immediately.
