There is no direct transfer option between units. Instead, you can release the reservation in one unit and reserve it in the other.
Steps to Move a Reservation
Step 1: Remove Scouts from Shifts (if applicable)
Go to Storefonts from the main navigation menu.
Scroll through the calendar, click on the date, then the reservation.
Click the Scout's name.
Click Remove.
Repeat until no Scouts are assigned.
Step 2: Release the Storefront
Click Release Storefront in the lower right corner.
Step 3: Reserve the Storefront in the Other Unit
Log into the second unit.
Reserve the storefront as normal.
⚠️ Important Tip: There is no way to prevent another unit from claiming the storefront during the transition. We recommend releasing and reserving 1–2 storefronts at a time and doing the transfer in off hours to minimize risk.
