Recording sales and accepting payments in the Trail's End app and website
Trail's End App — used by Scouts and parents to record sales and accept credit card payments on the go.
Leader Portal (website) — used by leaders to manage unit-level activities. Leaders can also record cash sales through the portal, though this is typically only done as an exception, not the standard workflow.
Note: Scouts and parents cannot log into the Leader Portal, and leaders cannot log into the Trail's End app. Each platform is built for its specific role.
