At the time of the launch, this page will include two main sections, with more coming soon.

Unit Sales Goal

The Unit Sales Goal card shows your unit's fundraising progress for the current selling campaign. It displays the total amount raised, your goal amount, and a progress bar showing how close you are to reaching your target.

Your unit's ranking within your district, council, and nationally is also shown here and updates daily, so you can see how your unit compares to others at each level.

There are two actions available from this card:

Edit Goal Use this to manually enter or update your unit's sales goal at any time.

Adventure Plan The Adventure Plan is a built-in budgeting tool that helps you calculate a fundraising goal based on your unit's actual program costs. To use it:

  1. Enter Annual Costs - Review the pre-populated cost items (such as Scouting America Membership Fee and Local Council Membership Fee) and enter the per-Scout cost for each. Uncheck any items that don't apply to your unit, or add custom cost items using + Add Cost.

  2. Add Activities - Enter the per-Scout cost for any Scouting activities your unit plans to do. Use the Quick Add buttons to select from common activities, or add your own with + Add Activity.

Once you've entered your costs, your Unit Trail's End Goal is calculated automatically at the bottom of the page. Click Use This Sales Goal to apply it β€” your Unit Sales Goal on the Home page will update immediately.

Next Up

The Next Up card displays the next few upcoming events and deadlines from the Program Overview page. This includes important dates such as:

  • Onboarding deadlines β€” the date by which your unit should complete setup for optimal storefront assignments

  • Storefront reservation dates β€” key dates for when storefronts are auto-assigned and when storefront claiming opens

  • Order dates β€” opening and closing dates for orders during the selling campaign

Coming Soon

Additional sections are planned for this page, including:

  • Storefront stats

  • Sales by type and by payment method

  • Summary of sales by product

  • Quick view of your profit

  • Commission summary
