Cash sales - Total of all cash sales
Cash collected - Cash manually marked collected
Cash to Credit - Cash converted to credit
Held - Total minus collected minus Cash to Credit

Cash Held Details
Cash sales = All cash sales
Cash adjustments = Sum of starting cash and any subsequent adjustments
C2C transactions = Sum of all Cash to Credit conversions
Cash collected = Sum of cash marked collected on the Cash tab
Uncollected cash = Sum of any cash left uncollected and unconverted
Unconverted cash = Cash sales minus Cash to Credit transactions
