Criteria for Selecting Storefront Locations
The primary factors considered when selecting storefront locations include:
High Foot Traffic: Locations with a high volume of visitors are prioritized to increase sales opportunities.
Available locations: We strive to schedule the number of hours to meet demand in the area without overscheduling. Possible locations are ranked and we attempt to schedule the highest ranked stores first.
Process for Submitting Store Suggestions
If you have a specific store in mind for storefront sales, you can submit your suggestion to Trail's End using the steps below.
Submit your suggestion. Send us the store name and full address, either right here in this chat or through the question mark icon in the Leader Portal (both go to the same place). If you're already chatting with us, just type the name and address and we'll take it from there.
Review by Trail's End. Our team checks whether the store is already on our call list and whether it meets our selection criteria (foot traffic, available hours, etc.), and considers whether extra hours at that location would be useful.
Approval or next steps. If the store meets the criteria, it's added to the list we'll attempt to schedule. If not, we'll let you know so you can contact the store directly and add it yourself using Create My Own on the Storefronts page.
Special Considerations for Walmart and Sam's Club Locations

Unlisted Walmarts and Sam's Club: If a location is not listed, it typically means that the request for that location was not approved or not approved yet.
