What is the Trail's End® Storefront VIP Program?
It is a program to help high performing returning units hit their goals as effectively as possible through Trail's End Storefronts.
What does that actually mean?
Trail’s End® VIP Program units receive increasing levels of pre-assigned storefronts.
Who Qualifies
Qualification is based on prior year sales (to be clear, it is not based on the goal for the current year).
For 2026, we've expanded the Strorefront VIP program to include three tiers beginning with units who have sold $10K+ in 2025:

Gold | > $60K+ | 1-on-1 meeting with storefront team to plan storefront schedule |
Silver | $30-60K | 100% of hours preassigned using storefront auto assignment algorithm |
Bronze | $10-30K | 50% of hours preassigned using storefront auto-assignment algorithm |
Reserved Hours Overview
~1,000,000 total hours across 7,000+ locations
~295,000 hours pre-assigned to VIP units
~725,000 hours available to all units for manual reservations
VIP Timeline
You can find the specific dates for your unit on your Program Overview tab.
The general timeline, starting about 2 weeks before your first unit order close date, is as follows:
Monday: Auto Assignment by 5pm local time.
Tuesday: Storefront Reservations available for preview
Tuesday: Reservation budget appears
Wednesday: Manual Storefront Claiming opens at 7pm local time (with the exception of Hawaii, which is 4pm local time).
Note: Local Councils may run their own recognition programs or initiatives that are separate from Trail's End VIP tiers. For example, some Councils may have a "Platinum" program, which is specific to their operations and timelines. These programs are not part of Trail’s End’s system and may have different criteria or benefits.
