How do I find stores in my District?

The default view in your Council in order of the storefront performance indicator. There is no district filter, but you can search by the city, store, or partial address in the search bar to narrow down to stores in your area.

Why Is a 'Particular Store' Not Listed?

Trail’s End® schedules storefronts based on foot traffic, historical sales, and store approval.

A store may not appear because

  • The store did not confirm availability.

  • The store declined participation.

  • The store was not selected based on performance data.

It is also possible the store has already been reserved by another unit.

Why Is a Particular Store Only Showing on a Few Dates?

Trail’s End® carefully limits storefront bookings to match demand and store preferences.

This may happen because:

  • Only certain dates met performance expectations.

  • The store limited the number of dates they allowed.

  • Historical sales data indicated lower demand on other dates.

We intentionally avoid booking more hours than needed. Overbooking can strain relationships with stores and reduce opportunities for all organizations.

Why Were Stores Booked for Fewer Hours Than Previous Years?

Trail’s End® adjusted storefront scheduling to help units focus on the most successful selling hours.

Focus on High-Performance Hours

  • We prioritize storefronts capable of generating $300/hour or more in sales.

  • Early morning (8–10am) and evening (6–8pm) shifts often had low sales or went unclaimed, so they were reduced.

  • Most bookings now focus on 10am–6pm, when sales are strongest.

Easier Staffing for Units

  • Long 12-hour schedules were difficult to fully staff.

  • Shorter, targeted hours help units avoid gaps and maximize sales.

Store & Partner Preferences

  • Many stores prefer shorter Scout presence rather than full-day schedules.

  • Adjusted hours help maintain strong relationships with corporate partners.

Weekday Variations

  • Some weekday shifts were removed due to low foot traffic or store restrictions.

  • Availability varies by location based on performance and store approval.

Options for Additional Locations or Hours

If Trail’s End did not book a store that works for your unit, you may:

  • Contact a local store that Trail’s End® did not book, and

  • Add it as a Unit-Managed Store in your Leader Portal.
