Edit Your Scout’s Account Information
You can update your Scout’s profile in the Trail’s End App or the Trail’s End Portal.
Trail’s End App
Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner.
Tap Edit next to your Scout’s name.
Update any of the following:
First name
Last name
Email
Phone number
Marketing communication preferences
Save your changes.
Trail’s End Portal
Click the down arrow by the name, and then Account Info
Choose one of the following sections:
Profile Picture – update your Scout’s photo
Personal Info – edit:
First name
Last name
Date of birth
Parent first name
Parent last name
Email
Phone number
Marketing communication preferences
Sign-In Info – change your password
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) – add or edit MFA contacts
I Have More Than One Username. Can They Be Merged?
Yes, in many cases usernames can be merged.
Please email [email protected] and include:
Scout’s current usernames (if known), OR
Scout’s full name
Council, district, and unit
Change Your Scout’s Password
You can reset or change your password in the Trail’s End App or the Trail’s End Portal.
Option A: Forgot Password (Recommended)
From the login screen:
Tap Forgot password?
Choose to receive the reset link by email or phone.
Enter your username and email or phone number (must match your account).
Tap Send Link to Reset Password.
Use the link to create a new password.
Option B: Change Password from Settings
Trail’s End App
Tap the gear icon.
Tap Change Password.
Enter your username and current password.
Enter and confirm your new password.
Trail’s End Portal
Expand the Sign-In Info section.
Enter and confirm your new password.
Click Update Password.
Password Requirements
Passwords must include:
At least 8 characters
1 uppercase letter
1 lowercase letter
1 special character
Can I Change My Username?
Usernames cannot be edited.
If you need a different username:
Register a new Scout account at:
https://login.trails-end.com/registration/scoutStop using the old account.
⚠️ Important: Historical sales and rewards will remain on the original account and cannot be transferred.
How Do I Deactivate My Account?
To deactivate your account, email [email protected] and include your username.
How Do I Permanently Delete My Account?
To request permanent deletion of your Trail’s End account and data, email [email protected].
Once deleted:
You will not be able to access your account.
Outstanding rewards and rewards history will be lost.
Your personal information (name, email, phone number) will be removed from the Trail’s End Portal and mobile app.
