How do I move a Scout to a new unit?
You can move your Scout account to a new unit using the Trail’s End App or the Trail’s End Portal.
⚠️ If your Scout has already made sales this year, review the section “Can I move a Scout to a different unit if they already have a sale?” below.
Trail’s End App
Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner of the app.
Tap the Edit button next to your Scout’s name.
Scroll to the Unit section and tap Change Unit.
Enter the Unit Code for the new unit. Your new unit leader can provide this code.
Tap Continue to update the unit.
Trail’s End Portal
Select the down arrow next to the Scout’s name and profile picture in the upper left corner.
Click Change Unit.
Select the new unit the Scout will be moving to.
You can also update the Council and District if needed.
Click Save to update the unit.
Can a Scout move to a different unit if they already have a sale?
It depends on the Scout’s activity and account status.
In some situations, a Scout cannot be moved to a new unit, including (but not limited to):
The Scout has a storefront sale
Inventory has been assigned to the Scout
The Scout has made a Cash to Credit payment
The unit leader has already submitted rewards
Because each situation is different, we recommend contacting Trail’s End Support for review.

What happens to Sales when a Scout Changes Units?
If a Scout is able to move:
Online sales move with the Scout
Undelivered Scout (aka Wagon) Sales can move with the Scout
Storefront Sales cannot be moved
