This article explains how leaders can manage multiple units, update passwords and usernames, and switch between units.

Can I have multiple units under one username?

Yes. A single leader username can be associated with multiple units.


If you already have more than one username

Before you begin, make note of which username you want to keep and which you want to eliminate.

Part 1: Send yourself an invitation from the username you're eliminating

  1. Log in with the username you want to eliminate.

  2. Go to Plan Your Fall Fundraiser for the unit associated with that username.

  3. Navigate to the Review Unit Leadership step.

  4. Click Add Team Member and enter your email address to invite yourself as a leader.

  5. Log out of the account associated with the username you want to eliminate.

Part 2: Accept the invitation with the username you're keeping

  1. Log back in with the username you want to keep.

  2. Open the invitation email and click Accept Invitation.

  3. The unit will now appear under your preferred username.

Part 3: Remove the old username

  1. While still logged in with the username you're keeping, go to that unit's Review Unit Leadership step.

  2. Find your username you are eliminating in the list and remove it.


If you want to add additional units to your current username

  1. Click “I already have an account.”

  2. Log in with your existing leader username.

    ⚠️ Important: Be sure to log in with your existing username to avoid being issued a new username.

  3. On the screen titled “Now let’s find your unit,” select the unit you want to add by choosing the Council, District, and Unit.

  4. Click Commit Unit.

  5. Your request will be sent to your Council for approval.

✅ Once approved:

  • You will be asked which unit you want to access upon login.

  • You can switch units by clicking the down arrow by your name and selecting Change Unit.


How do I change my leader password?

You can update your password using any of the options below.


Option 1: Go directly to the password reset page


Option 2: Use the login screen

  1. Select “Forgot Password.”

  2. Choose your recovery method (Email or Phone).

  3. Enter your email address or phone number (must match what is on your account).

  4. Click “Send Link to Reset Password.”


Option 3: Change your password from Account Info

  1. Click the down arrow under your name.

  2. Select Account Info.

  3. Go to Sign In Info.

  4. Enter your new password in both fields.

  5. Click Update Password.


Can I change my username?

Usernames cannot be edited.

If you need to change your username:

✅ After your new username is active, you can remove your old username under:
Unit Info → Unit Team Members

⚠️ Note: Any historical data is tied to the unit, not your username.


How do I switch between my units?

If your username is associated with multiple units:

  • You will be asked which unit to access when you log in.

  • You can switch units anytime by clicking the down arrow by your name and selecting Change Unit.
