Managing Storefront Cash
Record starting cash in the system
Go to Storefronts from the main navigation menu
Find the store and click on it.
Go to the Cash tab
Click Set Starting Cash
Enter the amount
Click Set Starting Cash
Managing Storefront Inventory
Recommended Process
Transfer inventory going to the storefront.
Go to Storefronts from the main navigation menu
Find the store and click on it.
Click on the Inventory page.
Enter quantities for each item and select From Unit.
Click Submit Transfers.
Once transferred:
Scouts and parents can see the inventory in the app.
Scouts should record all sales in the app.
During the shift, if you are running low on inventory and more is sent to the storefront, you can follow the same steps above to transfer additional inventory.
