Managing Storefront Inventory

Recommended Process

Transfer inventory going to the storefront.

  2. Find the store and click on it.

  3. Click on the Inventory page.

  4. Enter quantities for each item and select From Unit.

  5. Click Submit Transfers.

Once transferred:

  • Scouts and parents can see the inventory in the app.

  • Scouts should record all sales in the app.

  • During the shift, if you are running low on inventory and more is sent to the storefront, you can follow the same steps above to transfer additional inventory.

  • At the end of the shift, use the Closeout Guide to close out the storefront. See Storefront Closeout: Managing Inventory and Cash After a Storefront
