The Orders page gives you an overview of every delivery window available to your unit for the current campaign. Each delivery window appears here automatically — whether or not you've placed an order for it yet — so you always have a complete picture of your ordering opportunities.
Delivery Windows
Each card on the Orders page represents one delivery window and shows:
Order name — set by your council
Order Type – The type of order. There are six order types:
Show-n-Sell – Typically the first order of the campaign. Units order products to sell directly from inventory.
Mid Order, Late Order, and Replenishment Order – Mid-campaign orders used to restock inventory as product is sold.
Take Order – The final order of the campaign. This order allows units to fulfill all remaining customer orders and is the order type that typically allows ordering by container so units can get the exact quantity of each item needed.
Donation Order - Used automatically by the system for Heroes and Helpers. You would never set an order to this type.
Distribution Site — the location where your unit will pick up this order
Ordering window — the date range during which you can place your order
If an ordering window has already passed and your unit did not place an order, the card will show Window closed.
Missing a delivery you expected? If a delivery isn't showing up, it's likely because your council hasn't configured a distribution site for your unit for that delivery yet. Reach out to your council to get it set up.
Order Statuses
Each order displays a status badge so you can see where it stands at a glance.
Status | What it means |
Draft | The order has been created but not submitted yet. |
Pending | The order has been submitted and is awaiting approval. |
Approved | The order has been reviewed and approved by your Council. |

Unit-to-Unit Transfers
Click View Transfers in the top right corner to see a record of any inventory transfers between your unit and other units.
