The Unit to Unit Transfers page shows every transfer your unit has sent or received, along with its status and the products involved. This article explains how to find the page, what each column means, and how to view the details of a single transfer.
To learn how to start, accept, or fix a transfer, see Returns & Transfers: Unit Inventory Changes.
Open the Unit to Unit Transfers Page
Go to Orders from the main navigation menu.
Click View Transfers.
On a mobile device, tap the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner of the Orders page to find View Transfers.
The page lists all incoming and outgoing transfers for the selected campaign, including pending, accepted, rejected, and canceled transfers.
Understanding the Transfers List
Columns
Type: Incoming means another unit sent products to your unit. Outgoing means your unit sent products to another unit.
Other Unit: The unit on the other side of the transfer.
Related Order: The order the transfer is tied to. Every transfer is associated with an order, and accepted transfers update that order's quantities for both units. Click the order name to open the order.
Status: Where the transfer stands (see below).
Requested: The date and time the transfer was started.
Action: Buttons appear here only for pending transfers. The receiving unit sees Accept and Reject. The sending unit sees Cancel.
Statuses
Pending: The transfer is waiting for the receiving unit to accept or reject it.
Accepted: The receiving unit accepted the transfer, and the related order's quantities were updated for both units.
Rejected: The receiving unit declined the transfer. No quantities were changed.
Canceled: The sending unit canceled the transfer before it was accepted. No quantities were changed.
Filtering the List
Use the dropdowns above the list to narrow your results:
All types: Show only Incoming or Outgoing transfers.
All statuses: Show only Pending, Accepted, Rejected, or Canceled transfers.
All units: Show only transfers with a specific unit.
All products: Show only transfers that include a specific product.
View the Details of a Transfer
On the Unit to Unit Transfers page, click anywhere on the transfer's row.
Clicking the Related Order name opens the order instead of the transfer details. Click any other part of the row to see the transfer.
The Transfer detail page shows:
Direction: Incoming or Outgoing
Status
Unit Involved: The other unit in the transfer
Related Order
Date Requested
Products transferred: Each product and the number of cases and containers transferred, with a total at the bottom

Where Accepted Transfers Appear in Inventory
Once a transfer is accepted, it also appears in your inventory history. To find it, go to the Inventory page and click All Transactions. Accepted transfers are labeled Council Adjustment of Order After Approval.
The same label is also used when your Council adjusts an order after it has been approved, so the All Transactions log can't tell you which entries came from a transfer. To confirm whether an entry was a transfer, check the Unit to Unit Transfers page.
Accepted transfers also show on your invoice, available from the Finances page
