Combining more than one role into one username
Before we begin, please note that a unit leader is able to combine roles on one username themselves. You can refer them to this article to self-serve: Account Management & Profile Updates (Leaders)
If you still would like to help them, continue with the below steps.
Before you begin: Confirm with the leader which username they want to keep and which unit(s) are currently on each username.
Part 1: Invite the leader to the additional unit on the username they are keeping.
Go to Users and click Invite User.
Select the unit you want to add to their existing username.
Send the invitation.
Part 2: Leader accepts the invitation on the username they are keeping.
The leader logs in with the username they want to keep.
They open the invitation email and click Accept Invitation.
The new unit will now appear as an additional role under that username.
Part 3: Remove the old username
Once the leader confirms they've accepted the invitation, navigate to that unit's leader list.
Find the username being eliminated and remove it.
