How do I permanently delete my account?

How to request permanent deletion of a Trail's End® account and what information and rewards history will be lost as a result.

To request permanent deletion of your Trail’s End® account and data, please initiate a chat with Trail's End Support and request to speak to a human. Please include the username.

Click this icon on the bottom right of your screen:

In the app, select Chat in the lower bottom of the dashboard:

Or email us at [email protected]

Once deleted:

  • You will not be able to access your account.

  • Outstanding rewards and rewards history will be lost.

  • Your personal information (name, email, phone number) will be removed from the Trail’s End® Portal and mobile app.
