To request permanent deletion of your Trail’s End® account and data, please contact Trail's End Support.
Click this icon on the bottom right of your screen:
In the app, select Chat in the lower bottom of the dashboard:

Once deleted:
You will not be able to access your account.
Outstanding rewards and rewards history will be lost.
Your personal information (name, email, phone number) will be removed from the Trail’s End® Portal and mobile app.
