Promotion Terms- 2026 Patch and Ring Promotion

This Top 20 Rings and America's Trail Patch Set Incentive Promotion is effective August 29, 2026, at 06:00 am ET through November 30, 2026, at 11:59pm ET (for the purpose of this promotion only, the “Promotion Term”). All Prize Program Scouts who complete at least one dollar ($1) in qualifying sales during the Promotion Term, as calculated and determined by Trail’s End actual sales data, shall be eligible for this promotion.

Total sales and per hour sales will include all sales from 7/1/2026 - 11/30/2026.

Top 20 Total Sales Ring

The 20 Prize Program Scouts with the highest total individual qualifying combined Trail’s End App based sales and Trail’s End online based sales (including Heroes and Helpers sales) during the Promotion Term, where all such sales are recorded in the Trail’s End App, and such sales are in excess of $20,000, shall earn a commemorative Trail’s End Ring recognizing their individual achievement.

Top 20 Sales-per-Hour Ring

The 20 Prize Program Scouts with the highest total individual qualifying credit card based sales-per-hour for Storefront Sales (including Heroes and Helpers sales) during the Promotion Term, where all such sales are recorded in the Trail’s End App, and such total sales-per-hour are cumulatively in excess of $400 per hour, with a minimum of 10 eligible sales hours worked, shall earn a commemorative Trail’s End Ring recognizing their individual achievement.

$10,000 Sales Patch

All Prize Program Scouts who, during the Promotion Term, complete cumulative qualifying Trail’s End App based sales and Trail’s End online based sales (including Heroes and Helpers sales) in excess of $10,000, where all such sales are qualifying credit card based sales that are recorded in the Trail’s End App, shall earn a commemorative Trail’s End Patch recognizing their individual achievement.

$400+ Saler-per-Hour Patch

All Prize Program Scouts who, during the Promotion Term, individually achieve at least $400 in sales-per-hour on qualifying credit card based Storefront Sales (including Heroes and Helpers sales), where all such sales are recorded in the Trail’s End App, with a minimum of 10 eligible sales hours worked, shall earn a commemorative Trail’s End Patch recognizing their individual achievement.

100% Credit Sales Patch

All Prize Program Scouts who, during the Promotion Term, individually complete all their qualifying Trail’s End sales via credit card (including Heroes and Helpers sales), where all such sales are recorded in the Trail’s End App, with a minimum of 10 eligible sales hours worked, shall earn a commemorative Trail’s End Patch recognizing their individual achievement.

20%+ Heroes and Helpers Patch

All Prize Program Scouts who, during the Promotion Term, individually achieve at least 20% of their total qualifying Trail’s End App based sales via Heroes and Helpers sales, record 100% of their Trail’s End sales via credit card, record all such sales in the Trail’s End App, and have a minimum of 10 eligible sales hours worked, shall earn a commemorative Trail’s End Patch recognizing their individual achievement.

Only qualified Prize Program Scouts affiliated with a BSA council engaged in properly documented Trail’s End sales, as determined by Trail’s End in its sole discretion, are eligible to participate. All potentially qualifying sales are subject to final review by Trail’s End, in its sole discretion. Trail’s End reserves the right to disqualify sales that have been consolidated or bulk entered from this promotion. The 100% credit-card requirement applies from August 29 through November 30, 2026. The total sales, sales per hour, and Heroes and Helpers percentage will be calculated using all sales between 7/1/2026 and 11/30/2026.

Online sales count toward the Top 20 Total Sales Ring and the $10,000+ Sales Patch. Sales-per-hour awards are based on storefront sales only.

Storefront sales recorded in the Trail’s End App count toward sales-per-hour recognition. Scouts must complete at least 10 storefront hours.

Use cash-to-credit conversion in the Trail’s End App. This allows the sale to be recorded as a credit-card transaction for award eligibility.

Yes. All Heroes and Helpers sales must be recorded in the Trail’s End App.

Scouts who satisfy the eligibility requirements for multiple awards can qualify for multiple forms of recognition.
