Promotion Terms- 2026 Patch and Ring Promotion
This Top 20 Champ Ring and America’s Trail Patch Incentive Promotion is effective July 1, 2026, at 06:00 am ET through November 30, 2026, at 11:59pm ET (for the purpose of this promotion only, the “Promotion Term”) with the exception of the 100% Credit requirement which is effective August 29, 2026, at 06:00 am ET through November 30, 2026, at 11:59pm ET. All Prize Program Scouts who complete at least one dollar ($1) in qualifying sales during the Promotion Term, as calculated and determined by Trail’s End actual sales data, shall be eligible for this promotion.
Top 20 Total Sales Ring
Scouts with the highest individual qualifying sales totals during the Promotion Term shall earn a commemorative Trail’s End Ring recognizing their achievement. To be eligible, a Scout must: (i) generate more than $20,000 in combined qualifying sales through the Trail’s End App and Trail’s End online; (ii) record all qualifying sales, including Heroes and Helpers sales; and (iii) 100% of qualifying sales are completed through consumer credit card transactions or cash-to-credit conversion transactions.
Top 20 Sales-per-Hour Ring
Scouts with the highest individual Storefront Sales-per-hour averages during the Promotion Term shall earn a commemorative Trail’s End Ring. To be eligible, a Scout must: (i) achieve cumulative qualifying sales exceeding $400 per hour; (ii) complete a minimum of 10 eligible Storefront hours; (iii) record all qualifying sales, including Heroes and Helpers sales, in the Trail’s End App; and (iv) ensure that 100% of qualifying sales are completed through consumer credit card transactions or cash-to-credit conversion transactions.
$10,000 Sales Patch
Scouts who achieve more than $10,000 in qualifying sales during the Promotion Term shall earn a commemorative Trail’s End Patch recognizing their achievement. To be eligible, a Scout must: (i) generate more than $10,000 in combined qualifying sales through the Trail’s End App and Trail’s End online; (ii) record all qualifying sales, including Heroes and Helpers sales; and (iii) ensure that 100% of qualifying sales are completed through consumer credit card transactions or cash-to-credit conversion transactions.
$400+ Sales-per-Hour Patch
Scouts who achieve at least $400 in qualifying Storefront Sales per hour during the Promotion Term shall earn a commemorative Trail’s End Patch recognizing their achievement. To be eligible, a Scout must: (i) achieve a minimum of $400 in qualifying Storefront Sales per hour, including Heroes and Helpers sales; (ii) complete at least 10 eligible Storefront hours during the Promotion Term; (iii) record all qualifying sales, including Heroes and Helpers sales; and (iv) ensure that 100% of qualifying sales are completed through consumer credit card transactions or cash-to-credit conversion transactions.
100% Credit Sales Patch
Scouts who complete all qualifying Trail’s End sales through eligible credit-based payment methods during the Promotion Term shall earn a commemorative Trail’s End Patch recognizing their achievement. To be eligible, a Scout must: (i) conduct 100% of qualifying Trail’s End sales, including Heroes and Helpers sales, through consumer credit card transactions or cash-to-credit conversion transactions; (ii) complete at least 10 eligible storefront hours during the Promotion Term; and (iii) record all qualifying sales, including Heroes and Helpers sales.
20%+ Heroes and Helpers Patch
Scouts who achieve twenty percent (20%) or more of their qualifying sales through the Heroes and Helpers program during the Promotion Term will earn a commemorative Trail’s End Patch in recognition of their achievement. To be eligible, a Scout must: (i) generate at least 20% of their total qualifying Trail’s End App and Trail's End online sales through Heroes and Helpers sales; (ii) complete at least 10 eligible storefront hours during the Promotion Term; (iii) record at least $300 Heroes and Helpers sales in the Trail’s End App and Trail's End online sales; (iv) record all qualifying sales in the Trail’s End App; and (v) ensure that 100% of qualifying sales are completed through consumer credit card transactions or cash-to-credit conversion transactions.For purposes of determining eligibility under subsection (i), the twenty percent (20%) threshold shall be calculated based on the Scout’s total cumulative qualifying Trail’s End App sales as of the end of the Promotion Term.
Only qualified Prize Program Scouts affiliated with a Scouting America Council engaged in properly documented Trail’s End sales, as determined by Trail’s End in its sole discretion, are eligible to participate. All potentially qualifying sales are subject to final review by Trail’s End, in its sole discretion. Trail’s End reserves the right to disqualify sales that have been consolidated or bulk entered from this promotion. What is the qualification period?
The 100% credit-card requirement applies from August 29 through November 30, 2026. The total sales, sales per hour, and Heroes and Helpers percentage will be calculated using all sales between 7/1/2026 and 11/30/2026.
Do online sales count?
Online sales count toward the Top 20 Total Sales Ring, the 20% Heroes and Helpers Patch, and the $10,000+ Sales Patch. Sales-per-hour awards are based on storefront sales only.
What counts toward the sales-per-hour awards?
Storefront sales recorded in the Trail’s End App count toward sales-per-hour recognition. Scouts must complete at least 10 storefront hours.
What happens when a customer pays with cash?
Use cash-to-credit conversion in the Trail’s End App. This allows the sale to be recorded as a credit-card transaction for award eligibility.
Do Heroes and Helpers sales need to be entered in the App?
Yes. All Heroes and Helpers sales must be recorded in the Trail’s End App.
Can a Scout earn more than one award?
Scouts who satisfy the eligibility requirements for multiple awards can qualify for multiple forms of recognition.
How can Scouts track their eligibility towards the Rings/Patches?
Progress towards the Rings/Patches will be tracked and viewable within the Trail’s End App by the second week of September.
How will I be notified if I qualify for a Ring and/or Patch and how will items be delivered?
When the promotion period ends, Trail’s End will notify all eligible recipients via email. The email will include a link to a secure form for providing your shipping address. Recipients will not incur shipping charges.
