11:59pm ET (for the purpose of this promotion only, the “Promotion Term”),
qualified Prize Program Scouts, who receive qualifying Heroes and Helpers
purchases Online (such sales must be recorded via https://trails-end.com), shall
receive increased TE Rewards Program points for each qualifying U.S. sales dollar
sold during the Promotion Term. During the Promotion Term, qualified Prize
Program Scouts shall receive an additional five (5) points for each Heroes and
Helpers U.S. sales dollar paid and recorded as Online. The points awarded under
this promotion are in addition to the standard TE Reward Program points offered
under Section 4(2) of the Trail’s End Terms of Use. The applicable Trail’s End
Reward Points are awarded at time of purchase to the Trail’s End accounts. All
awards and potentially qualifying sales are subject to final review by Trail’s End,
in its sole discretion.
