When you know that a Scout Has an Account but Is Missing from the Scout Roster

If a Scout has registered but does not appear in your unit roster, the most common cause is that the Scout selected the wrong unit type (pack, troop, crew) or unit number.

What to do

  1. Ask the Scout or parent to verify the unit on their account.

  2. If needed, have them update their unit information.

If the issue is not resolved

If the Scout still does not appear in your roster, start a chat with our team and include:

  • Scout’s username (if known)

  • Council, district, and unit
