Current steps:
Note: the new primary leader should already have a leader account in the unit before following these steps.
Locate the unit on your Unit Activation Page.
Click the Onboarding status bar to get to their onboarding.
Go to the Review Unit Leadership step.
Click the Set Primary button on the leader who should be primary.
