Note: the new primary leader should already have a leader account in the unit before following these steps.
Go to Units from the left navigation menu
Search for the Unit
Under the Actions menu, click View Detail
Scroll to the Unit Leaders section at the bottom
Click the Set Primary button on the leader who should be primary.
