Unit Activation

The Unit Activation screen allows Council leaders to track commitment status, onboarding progress, and contact information across all units in their Council.

Access this screen from the left navigation under Unit Onboarding > Unit Activation.

Overview

The screen displays a summary of all units and includes three stat cards at the top:

  • Prior Year Sales — Total sales from the previous year for units that have committed so far, along with the total number of units.

  • Committed Goal — The combined sales goal for all committed units, along with a count of how many units have committed.

  • Committed vs. Prior Year — A percentage comparison of the committed goal against prior year sales, and the dollar difference between them.

Use the All Districts drop-down to filter the list by a specific district.

Unit List

The unit list can be filtered using the tabs at the top:

  • All — Displays every unit in the Council.

  • Committed — Displays only units that have committed to the fundraiser.

  • Not Committed — Displays units that have not yet committed.

The list includes the following columns:

  • Unit — The unit name or number.

  • Prev Year Sales — The unit's total sales from the previous fundraising year.

  • Current Goal — The unit's sales goal for the current year.

  • Year Difference — The difference between the current goal and prior year sales. Displayed in green if the goal is higher than prior year, and red if it is lower.

  • Committed — Indicates whether the unit has committed to the fundraiser.

  • Onboarding — A progress bar showing how many onboarding steps have been completed out of the total required.

    • Visit the onboarding experience for any unit by clicking directly on the progress bar.

  • Scouts — The number of youth participants expected to participate out of the total number expected to be in the unit. The leader forecasted these numbers during onboarding.

  • Prev Year Scouts — The number of youth participants from the previous year.

  • Primary Contact — The name of the unit's primary contact.

To export the list to a spreadsheet, click Export to Excel in the upper right.
