Sharing the cart with the Customer's Device allows customers to complete checkout directly on their phone using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, or a credit card.
Sharing the Cart with the Customer's Device
Steps:
Tap Make a Sale in the Trail’s End App®.
Add the products being sold to the cart. When ready to checkout, tap Cart.
Choose Customer Device to checkout.
Have the customer:
Scan the QR code with their camera app
OR Select Text and enter their phone number to receive a checkout link by text.
Once the customer opens the link, they can complete payment using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, or a credit card.
After payment is completed, the customer will see a confirmation screen.
