Can Multiple Users Share a Scout Account?

Clarifies that Trail's End® accounts are per-Scout (not per family) and each Scout should have only one account.

Multiple Scouts in one family

If your family has more than one Scout selling, each Scout needs their own account. You can use the same email address for each account, but each one needs a unique username. You can log in to more than one account in the Trail's End App® and switch between them. Please see Logging in to Multiple Scout Accounts

Note: Multiple accounts can be created using the same email address but must have unique usernames.

Multiple adults supporting the same Scout

There is only ever one account per Scout. If more than one parent or guardian wants access, don't create a second account. Instead:

  1. Log in to the app using the existing Scout account's credentials, or

  2. Add the additional adult as a contact for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) so they can receive their own login codes — see How Can I Add Additional Contacts for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?

For help registering, please see How do I Register for a Scout Account?
