How to Customize Your Scout's Online Selling Page

Customizing your Scout online page helps supporters connect with your Scouting journey. Adding a profile picture and activity photos makes your page more personal and shows supporters what their purchase helps support.

You can customize your page using either the Trail’s End App or the Trail’s End Portal.

How do I update my Scout’s profile picture?

Your profile picture appears on your online sales page so customers can see who they are supporting.

Update your profile picture using the Trail’s End App

  1. Open the Trail’s End App

  2. Tap the gear icon in the upper-right corner

  3. Tap Edit next to your Scout’s name

  4. Tap the pencil icon next to the Scout photo or initials

  5. Select the photo you want to upload and save your changes

Update your profile picture using the Trail’s End Portal

  1. Log in to the Trail’s End Portal

  2. From your dashboard, click the down arrow under your current profile picture

  3. Select Account Info

  4. Expand the Profile Picture section

  5. Upload the image you want to use


How do I add photos to my online selling page?

Adding photos to your online page helps personalize your store and gives supporters a glimpse into your Scouting activities.

We recommend choosing photos that show Scouting adventures or activities you enjoy so supporters know what their purchase helps support.

Add photos using the Trail’s End App

  1. Open the Trail’s End App

  2. Tap Online Sales on the dashboard

  3. Go to the My Page section

    1. If you have not added photos yet:

      1. Tap Add Photos and select the images you want to upload

    2. If you have already added photos:

      1. Tap Manage Page, then select Edit Photos

      2. From here, you can add new photos or remove existing ones

Add photos using the Trail’s End Portal

  1. Log in to the Trail’s End Portal

  2. Go to the Manage Page section

  3. Locate My Activities Photos

  4. Click Upload Photos to add new images

  5. To remove a photo, click the X under the image

Tips for choosing photos

  • Use clear, well-lit photos

  • Show Scouting activities or adventures

  • Avoid blurry or unrelated images

  • Choose photos that help supporters understand what they are supporting
