If your unit owes a balance to your Council, the payment is made directly to your Council, not through the Trail’s End system. Once your Council leader records the payment, it will appear on your unit’s Finances page.

When Your Payment Will Appear
Your unit submits payment to your Council using the method they provide.
Your Council leader records the payment in the Trail’s End system.
The payment appears immediately as a PAYMENT transaction in the Council Balance: Transaction History section of your Finances page.
Note: Only Council leaders can record payments. Unit leaders cannot record their own payments in the system.
My Payment Is Not Showing
Payments appear as soon as your Council leader records them. If you don’t see yours, refresh your Finances page first. If it still doesn’t appear, follow up with your Council leader to confirm they have recorded it.
