The best place to see your remaining inventory is on the Inventory page. This shows in real time where all of your inventory is and what is remaining. Note that you can toggle to $ on the upper right of the table if you prefer to see it in retail value rather than quantity.

The finance page shows Potential Remaining Earnings, however, like all data on the Finance page it does not include pending transactions, so recent sales are not included. If you were to subtract all pending sales, it would match your Inventory page.
