Assign a Distribution Site to Units

This article describes how a Council leader assigns a Distribution Site to a Unit for each Delivery.

Each unit must be assigned a distribution site for every delivery. Units without an assigned distribution site will not see that delivery in their leader portal and cannot place an order against it.

In the left navigation, select Deliveries under Ordering and Inventory. From the Deliveries page, select Assign Distribution Sites to Units at the top right.

Select a Delivery

Use the Delivery dropdown to choose the delivery you want to work with. The unit list will populate once a delivery is selected.

Assign a Distribution Site

You can assign sites to all units at once, a selection of units, or one unit at a time.

  1. Select the units you want to assign by checking the box next to each one. To select all units at once, check the box in the column header.

  2. In the Bulk Assign dropdown at the top right, select the distribution site.

  3. Select Apply to save.

Unassign a Distribution Site

You can unassign sites to all units at once, a selection of units, or one unit at a time.

  1. Select the units you want to assign by checking the box next to each one. To select all units at once, check the box in the column header.
