Viewing Individual Sales

This article explains how to view your Individual Sales, what can and cannot be edited, and how to access prior-year sales data.

Individual Sales are sales you make directly to customers, such as friends, family, or door-to-door.

How Do I View My Individual Sales?

Trail’s End App®

  1. Tap Orders from the dashboard in the Trail’s End App®

  2. Your Individual Sales will appear in the list

    • Note: Orders that are Undelivered or Partially Delivered will be clearly indicated

What Can Be Edited on an Individual Sale?

  • Delivery status can be updated (Delivered vs. Undelivered)

  • Items within an order cannot be edited

This means you cannot:

  • Change products

  • Change quantities

  • Add or remove items from an existing order

If a mistake was made when recording the sale, the order may need to be refunded and re-entered and an inventory adjustment made by the leader. See Can I Refund Only Certain Items in a Sale?


How do I filter my orders?

Tap the filter icon in the upper right corner

You can filter by Storefront, Individual Sales, Complete, Refunded, Undelivered/Partially Delivered, Credit Card and Cash


How Do I View Last Year’s Individual Sales?

Last year’s Individual Sales are not available in the app. Please make every effort to complete your deliveries before the calendar moves to the new year.

If you require information from a previous year, please contact your leader, who has access to reports for the previous year.
