You can continue to sell your remaining 2023 inventory if you follow the date information below:
- Current year through 12/31/23 at 6:59pm ET - Your Scouts are still able to use the app and will be able to accept cash or credit card as payment. You can also record cash sales through the leader portal.
- 12/31/23 7pm ET to 3/31/24 6:59pm ET - Your Scouts are NOT able to use the app to record 2023 sales. You will need to record CASH wagon sales though the leader portal ONLY and you will need to change the selling campaign in the upper right corner to 2023 Selling Campaign before entering the sale.
- As of 3/31/24 7pm ET- Your Scouts are NOT able to use the app to record 2023 sales, and you will NOT be able to record any sales for the 2023 season in the leader portal.
- Do not record 2023 sales in the system as doing so will cause issues for your 2024 selling season.
- If you do still have inventory at this point, you will need to record sales and collect payments outside of the Trail's End system.
Please do not sell any products beyond the marked Best By date.
