Only the entire order can be refunded.
If you have a sale where you need to refund a portion of the items:
- For a cash sale: You can refund the whole order and record a new order with the correct items.
- For a credit card sale: Refunding the order would refund the customer, and you would only be able to re-record it if you have the card information. An alternative is for the unit leader to adjust your unit's inventory to correct the error. Leaders, see "My system inventory does not match what I have on hand.
