If the Scout/parent realizes in the moment that they have recorded the wrong item:

Notes

  • It is not possible to do a partial refund, the full order will need to be refunded.
  • Do not refund a credit card sale if you no longer have the credit card to re-record the new sale. (Do an inventory adjustment instead - See below).
  • Refunding and re-recording the sale is optional if the dollar amount is the same. An inventory adjustment could also resolve the issue.
