How does a Scout refund a Scout sale (aka Wagon sale)?

Scouts/parents can refund a Scout/wagon sale from the Trail’s End app or from the Trail’s End Portal. Refunds can be refunded on the same day as the transaction. If a refund is needed after that time, please contact support@trails-end.com.


Refund in the Trail’s End App

  1. Tap ‘Orders’ from the app dashboard
  2. Find the order that needs refunded and tap on the order.
  3. Tap the ‘Options’ button in the upper right corner.
  4. Tap ‘Refund order’. You’ll see a message confirming you want to refund the order. Tap ‘Yes, refund order’ to finalize the refund.
  5. The order will update with a Refunded status.


Refund in the Trail’s End Portal

1. Scroll to the Wagon Sale Orders section on the Wagon page.

2. Click on 'Refund' next to the order.
