Yes, Scouts may use paper order forms.
Note: If your Council participates in Trail's End Rewards, all sales must be entered into the system to qualify.
Scouts may setup an account and enter wagon sales via the app or at https://portal.trails-end.com/. Alternatively, once the Scout has setup an account, the leader may enter cash sales for the Scout via the Unit Leader portal.
