How do Scouts change an order from delivered to undelivered or vice versa?

Trail’s End App

  1. Tap on the Orders section in the app. If you have undelivered orders, the section will be orange.
  2. Orders that are undelivered will be indicated in the orders list. Tap on the undelivered order.
  3. Tap the ‘Options’ button in the upper right corner and select ‘Update Delivery Statuses’.
  4. Tap to select the undelivered items that you are delivering. Save changes by tapping the ‘Confirm’ button.
  5. If you have items you previously marked as delivered and need to update them to undelivered, you can uncheck them from the Previously Marked Delivered section. Save changes by tapping the ‘Confirm’ button.


Trail’s End Portal - https://portal.trails-end.com/:

  1. Use the navigation on the left to go to the Wagon page.
  2. Scroll to the Wagon Sale Orders section.
  3. Click on the ‘Change Delivery’ button next to the order you want to update.
  4. Check or uncheck the box next to the item(s).


NOTE: Scouts can only change the delivery status in the current year, so please be sure to do this before 12/31.
