How do I view and edit my Scout Sales (aka Wagon Sales)?

Scout sales are sales you made directly to customers, typically friends and family or door to door. These are separate from storefront sales. Scout sales can be recorded for products that you have on hand or you can take an order and deliver the product to the customer later. When you deliver product later, the order will be marked as undelivered or partially delivered.


To view and edit Scout sales (aka Wagon) within the Trail's End App:


  1. Tap on the orders section of the dashboard in the Trail’s End app
  2. Orders that are undelivered or partially delivered will be indicated in the orders list. Tap on the order.
  3. Tap the ‘Options’ button in the upper right corner and select ‘Update Delivery Statuses’. 
  4. Tap to select the undelivered items that you are delivering. Save changes by tapping the ‘Confirm’ button.
  5. If you have items you previously marked as delivered and need to update them to undelivered, you can uncheck them from the Previously Marked Delivered section. Save changes by tapping the ‘Confirm’ button.




Note: Items within the order cannot be edited.
