Legal Disclaimer: Scout Training Promotion is effective Thursday, September 3, 2026, from 6:00pm ET through 11:59pm ET and Thursday, September 10, 2026, from 6:00pm ET through 11:59pm ET (for the purpose of this promotion only, the “Promotion Term”). All currently active Scouts, who are members of a qualified Scouting Unit affiliated with a Scouting America Council engaged in properly documented Trail’s End fundraising during the 2026 Trail’s End Popcorn Sale, as determined by Trail’s End in its sole discretion, are eligible to participate in this Promotion (each a “Participant”). During the Promotion Term, the Participant is eligible to receive a maximum of five hundred (500) Trail’s End Rewards Points (the “Points”) by properly joining and completing a Trail’s End hosted Zoom webinar covering Scout sales training (as identified below) during the Promotion Term. Participants will not be able to claim the Points until they have properly completed the sale of $600 in Trail’s End product during the 2026 Trail’s End Popcorn Sale (sales may be completed through the Trail's End App or online), as determined in Trail’s end’s sole discretion. Participants who reach $600 and complete all conditions of the Promotion will be able to claim the Points, which shall be reflected on the Participant’s page of the Trail’s End App by Sept. 11 for Scouts that attended the September 3rd webinar or by Sept. 18 for Scouts that attended the September 10th webinar. Scouts who reach $600 in sales after Sept. 11th or 18th will see their bonus rewards the following day (to when $600 is reached).
A Jotform will be provided in the chat function during the Zoom webinar training for the parent or guardian of Participants to complete and confirm attendance by Thursday, September 3, 2026, 11:59pm ET or by Thursday, September 10, 2026 for the W , the foregoing being a condition to receiving any award under this Promotion. Parents will enter the Participant’s Trail's End username in the Jotform that they use to log in to the Trail's End App for the Participant. The Participant’s parent or guardian is required to attend the Zoom webinar with the Participant.
The Points may be rescinded if Trail’s End determines, in its sole discretion, that any condition to the Promotion is not properly satisfied, including without limitation, that the required $600 in Trail’s End sales underlying the grant of the Points were not properly earned or entered. All qualifying aspects of this Promotion are subject to final review by Trail’s End, in its sole discretion. Trail’s End reserves the right to disqualify sales that have been consolidated or bulk entered. Each Scout will only be eligible to receive the Points once during this Promotion.
