Undelivered Items by Scout

This reports each item that a Scout has marked undelivered. This report allows the unit leader to know what popcorn each Scout needs to fill their undelivered orders.

Fields on this report include:

  • SCOUT NAME

  • DEN # - This field is obsolete. There is no where in the system to define the Scout's den. It will always be blank.

  • SCOUT CODE

  • PHONE

  • EMAIL

  • PRODUCT

  • QUANTITY UNDELIVERED - Total number of the product marked undelivered

  • SCOUT ON HAND - Total number of the product that has already been transferred to the Scout's inventory

  • NET DUE TO SCOUT - "Quantity Undelivered" minus "Scout on Hand" = the total number the Scout needs
