Overview of all training resources available to Scouts, leaders, and parents—including in-app guides, training videos, the Help Center, Facebook communities, and council-specific information.

There are several resources available to help you learn how the sale works and find answers to common questions.

In-App Training

As you use the app, training pop-ups will appear to guide you through different parts of the selling process.

Help Center

You can also explore the rest of our Help Center for additional articles covering common questions and step-by-step instructions for many tasks. The Help Center can also be accessed by clicking Support & Resources on the main navigation menu.

Facebook Communities

Many leaders and parents find it helpful to connect with others participating in the sale.

These groups are great places to share ideas, ask questions, and learn tips from other participants. They should not be used to reach support or ask specific details about your account. Please start a chat with our team for those types of questions.

Council-Specific Information

Some details about the sale are determined by your local council.

Council-specific information includes:

  • Product lineup and pricing

  • Sales flyers

  • Sale dates

  • Unit order due dates and pickup dates
