How do I contact Trail's End Support?

All support is done through our customer portal/email. We do not have a phone number. 

In addition to the link above, you can reach us in the following ways.

In the app, select 'Customer Support' at the bottom of the menu.

When logged in to your account on the website, select 'Need Help? Get Support' at the bottom of the menu:
