What do I do if a Scout logged a sale in the wrong shift?

Tip: It is only necessary to correct this if you use the 'individual' or 'shift' split methods. If you split by day or by season, there is no need.


If a Scout records a sale in the wrong shift, the leader can correct this issue by following these steps:


1. Go to the Storefront, then Manage.

2. Find the store with the sale that needs to be moved.

3. Click the down arrow beneath the store.

4. Select 'View Orders' from the list.

5. Click on the arrow next to the order and select change shift when the popup appears.


NOTE: the Scout that recorded the sale needs to be assigned to both the shift where the sale is currently and the shift it's being moved to. If the Scout should not be on one of the shifts, you can withdraw the Scout from the shift after moving the sale.
