How does a unit leader enter a storefront sale?

Ideally, Scouts enter storefront sales in the Trail’s End App, allowing them to accept credit card payments. See How does a Scout enter a storefront sale? Scouts/Parents/Leaders must be logged in to Scout's account who is signed up for a shift to record sales in the App. 


However, when necessary, a unit leader can enter cash sales for a storefront in the Trail's End leader portal. 


  1. Go to https://portal.trails-end.com/ and click ‘Storefront Management’ in the navigation on the left side of the screen.
  2. Locate the Storefront which you need to add a sale to
  3. Click on the shopping cart on the bottom right to record a sale.
  4. Enter the Scout name and shift from the drop-down lists.
  5. Select the quantity of each product sold.
  6. Click 'Record Sale'.



Note: Leaders are able to enter storefront sales on past dates by simply navigating to the appropriate storefront/date in the list of storefronts. Only leaders can record sales on past dates.
