My order is missing, what should I do?

You can see the status of an order by logging in to your account at https://trails-end.com/ and navigating to your order history. Click 'Sign In' and then 'Consumer Account'



If you haven’t manually created an account, then the login you use should be the email address you entered when checking out.

Once in your order history, you can see the shipping status with tracking information. 

If you have a pre-order item in your order, please see When will pre-order products be shipped?


If tracking indicates the package has been delivered, please also verify that your shipping address is correct in your account. 


The first step for a package that shows delivered to the correct address is to reach out to the shipping carrier with your tracking information. 


If you need further assistance, please contact us with your order number and verify your correct shipping address.
