This article pertains to units that have opted to use a storefront split method. (see How are Storefront sales split when I make sales?)
As a Leader, there are two places that you can look to determine how much sales credit was earned by each Scout at a storefront depending on the chosen split method.
If you only need to know the total sales so far, the Dashboard will be the best spot. The dashboard total includes the amount earned for each sale based on the split method.

If you use the Individual or Split by Shift method:
- Locate the Scout on the dashboard
- Click the > next to their name on the right
- Select 'Shift Management'
- For each shift, you will see the amount earned, based on the split method
NOTE: This view does not show the full picture when splitting sales by day. It only displays the shifts that the Scout is signed up for. If sales are split by day, the Scout may be earning credit for sales on other shifts they are not signed up for—and those shifts will not appear here.
In other words, this view only shows the sales earned during the shifts listed here, so it is not a complete summary of the Scout’s total earnings for the day.

If you use the Split by Day method:
- Locate the Scout on the dashboard
- Click the > arrow next to their name on the right
- Select 'View Orders'
In this view, you'll see every sale the Scout received credit for at the storefront, including sales that were recorded by other Scouts.
- The "Total" column shows the full amount of each sale.
- The "Earned" column shows how much credit this Scout received for that sale.
- For example, if a $20 sale was split among 3 Scouts, the "Earned" column will show $6.67 for each Scout.
You can also download this report by clicking the download icon in the upper right corner. This lets you open it in a spreadsheet program (like Excel or Google Sheets) to easily total up the earnings.
